P-MODEL have spent enormous energy for 20 years since organised as a techno pop group to act the artists picturing very sound and right MUSIC COMMUNICATION in this past-heritagetic music industry.The dream, which seemed to be impossible to come true, is now about to be materialised by Internet and MP3 technology that anyone can use.

With practising this technology, P-MODEL are now going to perform the big project entitled "MUSIC INDUSTRIAL WASTE 〜P-MODEL OR DIE" to redevelop an environment of our activities. This project that includes providing music through Internet with MP3 will be continuing until at least the advent of 2000. 

MP3 technology that links directly listeners and musicians through Internet rings death knell of the past-heritagetic music industry which is the personification of vice and conservatism,and this technology also suggests us possibilities of a new music scene.We do think that is wonderful. 
The conservative music industry cannot understand nor utilise validly 
possibilities of the technology, not only does the industry feel fear 
but also it tries to erase the possibilities.Although musicians have been desiring to grow musically with listeners, the industry thinks music is just consumable industrial products and has been wasting the existence of true music and musicians' desire. As a result, its influence is waning because of losing its salable products.

That is to say, it is karma of the industry. 
We purpose to rebuild a new music scene making use of these WASTES. 

On starting the project, we firstly threw up our contract with a major record company that had been just a barrier for us. After that we got cooperation from our supporters and now we could get ready for releasing our new works with MP3 technology. We have not solved all problems. We might be assailed from any organisations by unfair reasons. This is, however, the job that we have to do. 

On the other hand, P-MODEL avoid favouritism to listeners who have passports to Internet. In other words, we keep on releasing CD packages 
from TESLAKITE label for listeners who do not connect to Internet. 

"MUSIC INDUSTRIAL WASTE 〜P-MODEL OR DIE" 
means the expiration of a certain era. 

"MUSIC INDUSTRIAL WASTE 〜P-MODEL OR DIE" 
means the reconstruction of music scene. 

"MUSIC INDUSTRIAL WASTE 〜P-MODEL OR DIE" 
means the restoration of music and listeners. 

Thank you for all engineers and supporters who try to be advanced 
in music communication deal with some of technologies that related 
the project as an audio compression etc., and for all listeners.
